Preferences

Click on each of the buttons in the Preferences group of the Tools ribbon tab page to display current opened thesaurus preferences dialog box. Use the pages of this dialog box to specify various type of options for your thesaurus.

The pages of the 'Preferences' dialog box are:

General	Some general options.
Languages and Font Settings	Specifies the main language, selected translations, and their fonts.
Output Format	Specifies the form of the RTF, XML, and Web outputs.
Concept Number	Controls how to assign concept numbers automatically to the terms.
Format PSF	Specifies the format of the Collexis™ PSF file.
Web	Specifies the general external link for the main terms and the size of images in Web output.
Quality Assurance	Specifies which type of quality checks should be activated.
Security	Controls the security permissions of the thesaurus database.
User Defined Relationships	Specifies the hierarchical and associative user defined relationships.
User Defined Text Format	Defines the user defined format of the thesaurus

You can change the page displayed by clicking the tabs at the top of the dialog box.
