CodeSells Thesaurus Builder has a feature to define additional relationships between the terms. You can use this feature to make your thesaurus more similar to an ontology.

 

Users can add either associative or hierarchical relations to their thesaurus databases. Associative user defined relations are overwritten on the RTs, and hierarchical user defined relations are overwritten on the BTs and NTs.   

The 'User Defined Relationships' page of the 'Options' window contains the following items:

Relations

All user defined relationships of the current thesaurus are listed in the Relation panel. To add to, edit or remove from this list, simply click on the 'Add', 'Edit' or 'Remove' buttons.  

When you click on 'Remove' button, the selected user defined relationship will be logically deleted and will be permanently deleted when you save your thesaurus database.

NB: Once a new thesaurus is created, the most common ontological relationships will be added here as default user defined relationships. The default user defined relationships are listed below:
