Step 6: Checking thesaurus structure

Before obtaining the RTF, ASP or XML reports, it is better to check the thesaurus structure. Notice that CodeSells Thesaurus Builder makes the RTF, ASP and XML reports whether thesaurus information are correct or not.

Notice: Before running ‘Quality Assurance’, you have to save the thesaurus information.

If the information has been not saved, the builder will not implement the quality assurance process on thesaurus database. To save the thesaurus information in the database, choose 'Application Menu > Save' or simply use Ctrl-S short key. The application will ask you for a file name for the new thesaurus database. Select a name (e.g. Oceanic.tsr) for the new thesaurus database and click on the 'Save' button.

After saving thesaurus information, CodeSells Thesaurus Builder automatically starts quality assurance process in the background. Choose 'Tools > Quality Assurance' to see the result of the quality assurance process. Any structural problem of the thesaurus will be shown in the ‘Quality Assurance’ window.

Now, the only remaining step is Exporting RTF reports. (Step 7)
