This item simply makes an alphabetical order of the thesaurus information in the user define text format which you already defined it in the Preferences window.
To export to user defined text format:
Click on the User Defined button in the Export group of the Import & Export ribbon tab page.
Select a filename for the exporting data and click on 'Save' button.
