Sort

Use this item to sort all of the terms of tree view of the ‘Thesaurus Hierarchical Relationships’. You can sort the them (ascending or descending) by:

• Main terms

• Input date

• Last update

• Concept numbers

• Translations

To sort the terms in the ‘Thesaurus Hierarchical Relationship’:

1. Click on the triangle below the Sort button in the View group of the Home ribbon tab page.

2. Select the proper sort item.

3. Wait while sorting.

Tip: Sorting by main term or translations can be done simply by clicking on the header of the proper column.
