You can restore deleted terms while they have not been purged from the thesaurus database.
To restore deleted terms:
Select the deleted terms you want to restore.
Click on the Restore button in the Edit Properties group of the Term Properties ribbon tab page (or click on the Restore All button if you want to restore all of the deleted terms.)
Notice: The permanently deleted terms are not restorable.
