Use ‘Collapse All’ to hide all of the nodes in the ‘Thesaurus Hierarchical Relationships’ tree view except those at the first and second level.

To collapse all the terms in the ‘Thesaurus Hierarchical Relationship’:

1. Click on the Collapse button in the View group of the Home ribbon tab page.

2. Wait while collapsing.
